Amazing food, exceptional service and stunning view of the ocean. Comfortable bed, reasonably large bathroom and central heating, an iron/ironing board, and a satellite TV in the room:)))

Staff were super friendly and helpful, making me want to come back for sure. the location couldn't have been better - right near tasty eateries, SeaWorld, and the beach. And the best part? It's in a chill and quiet area, perfect for relaxing vibes. 🌴

well furnished and well-appointed rooms with comfortable beds and wake-up service. a perfect location near restaurants and cafés. easy check-in, late check-out. the especially helpful staff working throughout the hotel.

the apartment was larger than expected, perfect for our family, and the location was spectacular with the beach directly across. the close proximity to cafes and shopping was a convenient bonus.

Xanadu was a perfect location for us to get out to watch the International Hockey, visit Sea World and Movie World and to sample (indulge in the culinary delights of Tedder Avenue.

Our only "complaïnt" (though I don't really like to use that word) is the lack of disability facilities. Notwithstanding that, we were able to use a beach chair in the shower so that I could shower my wife. I'd suggest that you need to make portable shower stools available for disabled persons and install some rails in both the shower and adjacent to the toilet.

Good spacious accommodation for my disabled mother. Walk in shower for same. Secure parking.

Didn't know about renovations until we arrived. Glad driveway was still intact when we arrived or access first night with disabled mother would have been impossible. Didn't like after hours check-in, not enough info about how to use security tag to operate doors and lifts. Lifts seemed to have a mind of their own!

Great location, with plenty of eateries and cafés nearby. the staff here are amazing - they offer free wake up calls and ironing service! 😊

It is in perfect and exceptionally nice location to a dual - level regional shopping centre, set near the hotel. Would come here again if we go to Gold Coast, really enjoyed it...

close to theme parks, beach and shopping. All in all a great family location with a great view and apartment. would stay here again no problems.

maybe should provide some more toilet paper and washing powder than what is provided when you arrive.
